Yessss, we went in July...yessss that IS a snowdrift, in Gros Morne National Park. Somewhere there is a photo of me standing UNDER the overhang at the left-hand end...the snow was about 6ft high. (Yes I DID want to find higher ground and just jump into it...but we had a hire car and I wasn't allowed).
